Well, how do I best start to review?
What did I expect? - What did I get?

So let me start first of all with  my overall judgement:

It was once more a weekend I do not regret. It was once more a seminar where I learned a lot. And I’m once more thankful that I got the chance to participate one of Yorgo’s seminars for the low price of just $20 affordable to everybody.

Now to my personal thoughts:

What did I really expect, why was I sooo excited to attend THIS seminar?
Well, as you all can see and probably have read in my introduction here in the blog, my main subject at the moment is affiliate marketing and especially my Affiliate Marketing Center. So I was expecting to hear about affiliate programs which Yorgo might recommend due to his long time experience. And I was expecting to learn about how to market, respectively promote ONE or a FEW Affiliateprograms via different successful channels. How to do the advertising and how to promote via emailmarketing through lists and how to be able to build lists quickly and effectively.

To make it short, I was expecting to learn how to HUNT for customers and send them to my merchant thus earning from day to day more commissions.

My Gosh, how wrong I was.

Besides a few sentences I have not heard anything about the above mentioned.

Yorgo pointed out, what the advantages are starting with affiliate marketing as a newbie. He talked abot the 10 main reasons to participate in this kind of business when you are a newbie. The whole seminar was addressed to newbies, so at tjhat point I did not learn something new. If this was not already welknown to me, I would not have the Affiliate Marketing Center and would not write in my blog about it. As you know with this blog and DYSAK’s Center (www.dysak.com) I want to help Newbies get their feet on the ground and start earning money online.

So as I said the first part of the seminar was very wellknown to me but a great value for real beginners on online business.

So I was very eager about the seminar’s part II.

And now I thought I’m spending my time in the wrong movie.

The whole 2nd part was about BLOGGING!!!!

We already had a seminar and 3 weeks workshops about blogging in November last year.

Well not only had I forgotten quite a lot of keywordresearch, blogstructure and how to be loved by google and the search engines, I noticed very quick that the blogsubject suddenly got a total different meaning. I learned what the difference is between hunting customers and building authority and creating trustable webpresence. And that the first will result in single sales only when you do not have very large lists yet and the second is targeting on multiple incomestreams permanently enjoying our wallet.

I think the subject about keywordresearch and SEO optimization is one of the most difficult subjects in Internet Marketing, especially for me. Somehow I’m always on the warpath with it and I really hope, that this time I finally GOT IT.

We learned some more ways to create income through our blog and website beside the expected affiliate commissions. We learned how important the right domainname is, how imprtent it is to build your reputation. We learned about the importance of keywords for Google and SEO and the importance of the right tags for social bookmarking. We learned about the importance ot the right Blogstructure and the little tricks to be easily found by the spiders.

And above all we learned that the chances to build a permanent incomestream are close to zero if you do not succeed to reach and stay on the first two pages in Google within your keywords. And of course we learned how to reach this goal.

Even a simple business like affiliate marketing will fail if you base it on hunting customers and not on being on the top front to be found by those who are searching for solutions for their problems and are willing to buy immediately.

I only can once again recommend Yorgo’s seminars to Newbies. They gain so much for such a small price. And I warmly recommends Yorgos’ new book which will be published the end of March and which was the basis for this seminar.

Since I only can judge for myself my final resumée is:

I was already on the right way, but learned a huge heap to improve it to reach my goal within shorter time.

So once again I can underline my own motto:

Develop Your Skills And Knowledge.

Normally one would say: Investing into a business without earning one cent is wasted time and better forget about it as quickly as possible. This “wasted time” covered one and a half years.

Looking back I would not say it was wasted time. I have learned a lot in spite of the bad experience, because I made good experiences as well during that time.

As I already mentioned at the end of my last chapter I was attending a beginners seminar with Sirius company and I could not keep my mouth shut. So there were a few things which did not seem to me really serious and I asked a lot of questions which after a while became that unconfortable to the discussionleaders and were causing other participants to start asking questions as well that the whole seminar ended in a big disaster and all of us left before the seminar officially was finished.

That day I met Andrea Wedel the first time who was living close to my own little village and is earning her life today on internet with webservices of all kind. She not only became my friend but also my teacher in creating webpages and many basic techniques to find my way on Internet. She is an artist in creating blogs and webpages and has the eye of an artist in harmonisizing your webpresense. Sometimes I drove her to the brink of insanity with all my questions.

But thanks to her and my personal development I can offer today the necessary service if somebody needs his own branding, minisites, sqweezepages etc.

But that was not yet the case during these 1,5 years I wanted to tell about.

At that day when we left the seminar we also met Mr. DS who already was an advanced member of Sirius and at that seminar decided to leave this company and found his own MLM business based on the idea of companies like Alpha and Sirius.

The basic concept was really good, but neither Alpha nor Sirius seemed to be able to realize it. DS was a great merchant, he was able to sell you an old shoe torn by the dog as a wedding shoe. He was able to distroy the biggest doubts with his immense persuasive power, but he also was able to sell his own grandmother. He told us that day about his ideas to bring the basic concept to a very lucrative MLM business. And it sounded terribly good.

Even today I’m still convinced that the basic concept is one of the best within all MLM businesses I ever heared, it just depends how you try to realize it. So Andrea and I decided to participate in his plans and help him starting this business online.

Well to make it short, DS was a totally offliner, never has done business online before. But Andrea had the online experience and I was learning very quickly with her help. So we prepared the online presentation. Andrea made the design of the slides and I prepared the text. 1,5 years we made the presentation twice a week. DS was building his offline organization and Andrea and I were quite successful in building online our downline.

But then all three of us made a wrong decission. We accepted the payment of the lincense fee in several parts to be paid as soon as the people earned their first money. This way we wanted to give all those a chance who did not have the money for the total license fee of 250 Euro at once. But this wrong decission could have been easily corrected. The worst thing, which was the beginning of the end of this business was the mentality of DS. He thought he could run a business like that as a one-man-company without a team at his side which took care of and decide about the business online. And then it turned out that we had to get along with a cholerican who just did not accept any serious doubts or questions, who was not able to follow the advice of more experienced people. He just knew everything and was the best of its kind even when he did not have any idea - at least at that time.

The whole business failed by the wrong leadership. He was not able to lead people and just closed the account of everybody who dared to say a frank word or put a justified question which did not fit into his concept. It was a terrible time, especially when he got the feeling that Andrea and I together became too strong. He started to play one against the other and finally closed our accounts too, so that we could not go on working and lost the complete downline.

But all this was a slow development and Andrea and I very long were still convinced that we were able to keep the whole business alive and convince him to work together with partners and make the decisions together. But before our accounts were closed too we came to a point where we did not dare to bring new people into the business. We could no longer recommend it and make new members pay the license fee. And then one day DS closed the conferenceroom and decided that he only would keep those partners who will work offline. He was convinced that the onlinebusiness was destroying his company and he threw out everybody who was not willing to work just offline. The last 6 months were a terrible time. I refused to give up. I had given all my heartblood and enthuiasm in this business. I loved it, I loved the partners I met, it was a great team. But one day I was no longer able to hide the truth and find excuses and I could not motivate my partners any more to recruit new partners.

After Andreas and my account was closed but we still had valid contracts we decided to wait and watch what will happen in the future.
Well after a few months DS started from scratch together with my best teampartner, my direct line. It seemed as if this time he would do better. He finally did what we always asked him to do: He got a gremium of 6 more partners who in future should then be elected by the partners and who should decide about the business together with DS. After a short time of success it seems as if they are now again at the same point as 1 year ago, when Andrea and I had to quit. And again for the same reason which only lies in his person, his mentality, his leadership.

What were the positive experiences? I found out, that I was able to to trainings, to make presentations, to gain the trust opf my partners and keep a team together inspite of all difficulties because they trusted me. The more it hurt at the end, that I could no longer justify their trust in me. But during these 1,5 years really good friendships were born and partially the former partners now work together the one way or the other.

And I won two big friendships which still last even though our businesses are developping in different directions.
So far my very personal story about my time with integral without going deaper into the details.

What happened with Andrea and me, after we failed with Integral?

Well Andrea always saw her future in the webservice business and was going on working on this goal during her time with integral. She never lost her focus. And she did well with this, because this business is her strength and her life. And she never completely lost the contact to her former Integralpartners and today has several won as customers and networkfriends.

And I? My online life completely changed in December 2006, when I heared thru an advertisement the first time of the Yorgoo Network and became a member. Since I focuse the international market my former contacts are only of loose nature.

But my first year with Yorgoo will be the content of my next chapter. Hope to meet you there again.

Have you ever made some experiences with female Aquarians?

If so then perhaps you noticed that they got a lot of researchers’ mentality. Let them have something indefinable with some function buttons on it. 4 of 5 buttons are explained. The Aquarian will do a short test, and if it works the interest for it has gone.
But she does not know what the last button is for. Be sure, she will try and test and try to think logical and will not go to bed, before the secret about this button is revealed. But as soon as it is, it is of no interest anymore.
Let others do the work this machine was built for. There are thousands of more interesting things to be discovered which grab the Aquarian’s attention.
Aquarians are full of curiosity and adventurousness.

And what is the Internet?

A deep ocean filled with uncountable stuff which turns an Aquarian’s mentality crazy. Each day is another day of adventures and most interesting stuff. And of course the days are much too short for the Aquarian’s curiosity.

Why am I telling you about this specific mentality? Because it is the heavy “Clubfoot” of this species of human beings – in case they have the unbelievable desire to earn money online – and I belong to this species.

The time I was fighting against belonging to the Internet World, I had not even dreamed about doing business on the net. I only knew that I would never have a normal live again once I entered this wonderful world. I was terribly afraid to become an internet junky.
I think I know myself quite well because I was completely right.

After six years of being without a regular job the internet seemed to be the only way to perhaps find a job again. At that time I only thought about an offline job. Had not yet heard about earning money online.

Well, the first months of surfing developed exactly the way I was so afraid of. I had been sitting in front of my pc for 24 hours daily minus 3 to 5 hours sleep. On my way surfing for a job I came across the paid mailers and traffic exchanges. I got offer after offer from MLM businesses with all the promises which everybody of you knows himself. And of course I believed most of it and subscribed here and there and never met any sponsor after subscription. Nobody showed me the way to go. Of course I got written instructions how to act and what to do. But I did not even know the terms of internet language and only understood half of all.
So instead of following the written instructions  I went on surfing to find trainings or courses which could perhaps help me to understand the whole stuff. But all that  was only to get against payment, and the last money I had spent for 3 or 4 MLM businesses to get started there.

So I made my experiences with Sorgenlos (had a downline of 20 customers and 10 partners) and earned exactly 50 € within 2 years. I participated Joker-X and Delphination but without customers or partners I could no longer afford the monthly fees.

But besides wasting money and time I gained the deep hope that it must be possible to earn money online. There were already so many people out there who told me that they succeeded. But there was nobody who told me how.
It was funny. It seemed as if all of them had learned by heart to say the same sentences, no matter which MLM business it was. I passed on my way Gingodent and Sirius. I  made bad experiences with some American paid mailers where I’m still waiting to get my money paid (150$ and 400 to 700 refs).

After the first weeks at Sirius I noticed that it was once more one of the lost money experiences but at an offline seminar I met 2 people who became very important to me for the next one and a half years and one of them I still count to my very good friends and the otherone to my best loved enemies.

Telling you about my experiences - good as well as bad - might give you a clue why to avoid and why to go certain ways. I will try to let you know what turned out as a positive decision and what I would have better not decided to do. But please, always be aware, that I’m talking about MY personal way I went and not a MUST GO in general.
I will pass on to you the help I got within the last 3 years from experienced friends I met on my way to my business goal. I will show you ways to expand your knowledge and improve your personal skills. There are a few things you should know above all before taking any decision:

You for sure will not be able to make money on the internet whithout investing - period!

Who is telling you the contrary or talking about quickly getting rich without investing money and time just a lier! Of course there are ways to get along with a very small budget. But the smaller the budget the more time has to be invested. Maybe that there is an extremely small number of business opportunities which could prove that I’m wrong with my statement about the liers, but to find those must be like having the right 6 figures  playing Lotto. I would not trust in them because I do not believe in miracles made by human beings.

And that’s the reason why you should start your way in time, as long as you still have a bit more money left than you urgently need for your daily life.

I believe that reaching your business goal is based on an iron will, dilligence, consistency, flexibility and the neccessity to follow instructions of the experienced in the beginning as well as on the greatly appreciated help of the more advanced collegues being already successful online.

THESE ARE THE 4 QUALITIES YOU SHOULD BE EQUIPPED WITH:

1.     You should be teachable

2.     You shoud be willing to follow instructions

3.     You should never loose your focus

4.     You should have a huge sack of consistency.

You know a bulldog?  Would you like to feel its teeth in your body?  I guess not. The danger to never get rid of these teeth is too big.
But YOU SHOULD MUTATE TO A Bulldog!
Bite into your dreams, your thoughts, your goals and DO NOT RELEASE till you reached them.

I’m going to tell you about my experiences so that you can decide in time not to go the same way. Better jump over this period of mine and start where my ship left the stormy sea. Sure I could start to tell my story right at this pont, but this would not show you what you better avoid thus saving money and time.

So accompany me on my way of bad and good experiences and pick out what is of value for you and your plans.

Why Do I Want To Tell My Story In This Blog?

Well the experience of the last 3,5 years showed me, that developping
skills and knowledge is the most important thing if you want to be
successful with any onlinebusiness.

Day by day there are thousands of newbies entering the internet. Among them are so many youngsters and 50plus. Youngsters may not be that interested yet in earning money through onlinebusiness. But those who generally are interested in doing business and those who already have family and be responsible for them are a great percentage of the Internetnewbies.

Watching the market it shows that more and more 50plus are using the Internet for various reasons.

Many of them might already be out of business for what reason soever and now have plenty of time to follow their interests and hobbies. Others might be afraid to loose contacts to other people and now use the Internet mainly for communication.

But there might be a great majority who lost their job and cannot see any perspective on the business market due to their age. And there are so many years left till the age of retirement thus the pension expected to be too low to live on.

And this group I’m targeting.

But I’m also targeting those who already noticed that it is a good idea to build a second income besides their present job to be on the safe side.

I want to encourage the 50plus not to lean back thinking you are without further chances to earn money. I want to show you different ways and possibilities to enjoy your live without financial problems.

And I would like to advise all those who are working in a regular job to think ahead and plan to generate a second income in time. Today you just cannot be sure any more to keep your job over the next years. And it is so much easier to slowly build a second income online than have to start when you already are without a job and income. Being under time pressure because you have to earn money as quickly as possible leads to so many avoidable mistakes which cost you even more time AND money.

I lost my job - which I thought will be save till my retirement - when I “celebrated” my 50th birthday. That really was a lovely birthday present. It was like falling into a deep black whole.

For 6 years I had been trying to find another job. I took over whatever casual job I could find, but it was just not enough to live on.

At the age of 56 I decided to try to change the situation with the help of the internet. I have been trying to start a business online for 3 years and gathered a lot of experiences, especially a lot of bad experience as unfortunately many of my future visitors might have gained too. Sometimes I was very close to give up.

Don’t worry I’m not going to tell you How to best start online business by making bad experiences.
I think it is enough that I had spent time and money for gaining nothing. You must not follow this detour as well. < bre>

In fact it is wrong to say I gained nothing. I have learned a lot by my mistakes.
Sure I would have preferred an easier way to reach my goal. But now with all that experience I at least can tell you how NOT to start best
